- 2+ years Front Desk, dental experience required
- Detail oriented, self-starter with good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment
- Verify patient benefits and eligibility with various insurance companies
- Answer incoming calls, respond to text and reply to email correspondence to include: new patient inquiries, recall, emergencies, schedule/reschedule and confirm patient appointments and do follow ups
- Manage paperwork including new patient forms, treatment consent forms, exit paperwork, discuss estimated treatment plans, and scan documents into patient file
- Collect payments for treatment and keep records
- Working knowledge of Open Dental is a plus

Front Desk position is for 3-4 days a week.
